Conversion of Low Demand Properties

We were approached by Mears Group as they looked to find a solution to a number of low demand bedsit bungalows and hard to let flat units.

Working alongside Mears Group's architect and M&E Contractors, we undertook extensive refurbishment works producing a mixture of 3 bedroom adapted bungalows and 4 and 5 bedroom houses.

Scope of works

Works briefly comprising of internal demolition and structural repair works, forming of new and blocking up existing openings, full plaster re-skims, kitchen & bathroom installations and internal joinery replacements.
