Renewal of Existing Wall Boundaries

We were approached by Mears Group as part of an external regeneration scheme which involved the demolition and renewal of existing boundary walls.

With all properties being occupied throughout works and with difficult access to the site, we worked closely alongside the main contractor, Mears Group, to ensure that all property boundaries were left secure throughout the duration of works.

Scope of works

Demolish existing damaged boundary walls and piers, then rebuild with engineering brickwork making good all disturbed surfaces.

We were also approached to undertake gable peak rebuilds as part of the re-roofing works being undertaken on the same estate.
